X files generation for TePro

This module allows to create X files for TerraExplorer Pro

* It takes as input data:
- Shape files containing 3D polygons (polygon25D type)
or
- Any GIS layer containing 3D polygons, imported in TerraExplorer, wherever they come from (Oracle spatial, ArcSDE, Shape files, etc ...)

* It generates automaticly Xfiles and a XYZ text file that references them. Thus the Xfiles can be imported automaticly and streamed if needed.
